About Us
KLIMASTRÖME is an art and research festival for young people that combines science, art and nature conservation to offer children and young people a creative scope for action in times of climate crisis.
It enables young people to boldly and confidently express their visions for the future of water (ways) in the city and on the planet as a whole, both on land and at sea, through art. These highly imaginative visions are always presented on an accessible platform on the water, from which adults can learn.

The KLIMASTRÖME festival organisation team are Kajan Luc (artistic director), Caio Jacques (production manager) and Skadi Sarnoch (outreach and project coordinator).
This unbeatable dream trio is fully committed to crossing all boundaries, sometimes swimming against the tide and always guided by the wishes of children and young people!
Together with fluens e.V. and with studioplayces, that's Karina Schmidlin, who designs the great corporate design, flyers and posters, Sebastian Hagen Ziemann, who makes the beautiful website even more beautiful and practical, and Raban Brauner, who lends a hand everywhere as technical director!
Since 2025, Gabriela Vasileva has been with us as production assistant, Anna Meinke as press and public relations officer, and Immaculata Hiền Thơ Nguyễn for social media.
