From Vienna to Brussels to Hamburg! On the MS Stubnitz, all the children’s inspirations, artistic experiments, culinary explorations, and personal stories from different cities come together to create their favorite dishes.

The KLIMASTRÖME team guides visitors through the interactive exhibition Playing Food! What Will the World of Tomorrow Eat?, which was created with 20 children and teens from Vienna and the surrounding area. Afterward, the Kitchen Lab La Ville Dans Une Casserole! invites you to enjoy surprising taste experiences and refreshing fermented drinks, a collaborative project with children from Brussels before the table is set and we all sit down together for the opening dinner “We Eat from the Floating Garden of the Future.”
